Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KwikShiksha, an online subscription learning platform offering English, Maths, and Music lessons (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use KwikShiksha

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and takes responsibility for your use of the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kwikshiksha.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Subscription, billing & payment

KwikShiksha is currently offered as a single plan priced at ₹299 for 30 days of access, billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely through Razorpay. Your subscription is not set up for automatic recurring billing — each payment unlocks 30 days of access, and you will need to make a new payment to continue access once that period ends. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details; these are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own security standards.

We may change the price or structure of the Service going forward. Any change will apply to future payments only, not to a period you've already paid for.

5. Cancellation

Because your subscription does not auto-renew, you can simply choose not to make another payment once your current 30-day period ends. If you'd like your account or data removed sooner, contact support@kwikshiksha.in and we'll process your request.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Use of content

All lessons, videos, quizzes, and other materials on KwikShiksha are owned by KwikShiksha or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only while you have active access. You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, or share your account or its content with anyone who has not paid for their own access.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or let others use your subscription;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the subscription or content-access controls;
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy content from the Service;
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing while using the Service;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without a refund for the remaining period, where permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties to operate, including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (account and data storage), Vercel (hosting), and YouTube (video playback for lessons). Your use of embedded YouTube content is also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party providers.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that lessons will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will lead to any specific learning outcome or exam result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KwikShiksha and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
